Marriott International is a leading global hotel company with more than 6,700 properties across 130 countries and territories. For over 90 years, Marriott has continuously empowered associates to embrace the brands they work for in meaningful ways.
This year, the global hotel company strengthened the unmistakable identity of three of its celebrated brands - Le Méridien, Renaissance and Westin - through a uniform refresh initiative, strategically crafted to entice associates with a personalized and stylistic point of view.
In turn, The Gathery lent its pointed eye to create a comprehensive visual suite for the role out of Marriott International’s Wardrobe Refresh. Bringing an editorial lens to the forefront, we developed and produced innovative and aspirational lifestyle images and videos, designed a selection of wardrobe look books and penned easy to follow ‘how-to’ style guides. The project was complimented with custom-designed retail digital platforms crafted to reflect the new creative approach encouraging associates to express their personality through their style.
