Ready to Work

October 2022

The Gathery continued our meaningful effort to support Indeed’s mission to help Job Seekers find better work by launching Ready to Work. The result was a multi-faceted and integrated marketing campaign providing Job Seekers across the country valuable resources online and in-person. Together with a coalition of corporate and local partners, we connected employers with quality candidates who were seeking better jobs that would ultimately lead to better lives.

We conceptualized, designed, and produced an elevated version of job market that was comprised of welcoming, interactive, and educational activations to humanize the job search. Intentionally designed to be both beautiful and optimistic, our goal was to reframe the journey in a more positive and encouraging light.

Touring five major U.S. cities (Chicago, Los Angles, Washington DC, Detroit, and Dallas) where unemployment statistics demonstrated the most need, Job Seekers received complimentary career services in a completely creative manner. Visitors of Ready to Work could interact with the playful and educational exhibitions, participate in workshops with executives from local and leading corporations, receive one-on-one advice and job consultations from Indeedian team members, and help with their unique job applications.
