Innovator Awards

WSJ Magazine returned to the Museum of Modern Art for its annual Innovator Awards. The anticipated evening brought together industry leaders to celebrate world-class innovative thinking that transforms the cultural landscape. For a second year in a row, The Gathery had the opportunity to re-imagine the experience through design.

Inspired by form and function, our environment introduced new practices of sustainability. From scenic materials and cutting-edge technology to renewable resources, different techniques came together to create a dynamic event space that thoughtfully served the evening’s program. Organic compositions, a play of light and transparency were some of the foundational elements that helped create the unique look for this year’s award ceremony.

The 2022 class of innovators included Maya Rudolph, Margot Robbie, Jony Ive, Anthony Vaccarello, Jenny Holtzer, Jeanne Gang, Anitta, and José Andrés.
